It is pointless classifying buses under the historic district names as they have no real connection to the buses and area of operations. All PSV buses are registered in one series of numbers prefixed with MO. For purposes of this database the only differentiation would be Upolu Island and Savaii Island. Over time the actual vehicles can shift from one island to the other when changing ownership. Private buses owned by churches, schools and the the like are registered with private series numberplates. Those owned by government and government agencies are prefixed with severqal letters signifying the entity.
